3. The Service

Doc with AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) practice management platform that may include, depending on your plan and configuration: patient records, live queue, appointments, digital prescriptions, pharmacy inventory and POS, tele video consults, access management, templates, and an AI agent that operates on your clinic’s data.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or experimental features may be labelled as such and provided “as is”.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. Clinic workspaces must be created and administered by authorised personnel. You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of registration and clinic details
  • Safeguarding login credentials and OAuth connections (for example Google)
  • All activity under your accounts and those of users you invite
  • Promptly revoking access when staff leave or change roles

We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or create security risk.

5. Clinic responsibilities

As a clinic customer, you are solely responsible for:

  • Clinical decisions, prescribing, dispensing, and patient care
  • Obtaining patient consent and providing privacy notices required by law for data you enter
  • Compliance with applicable Indian laws and professional rules (including telemedicine guidelines, pharmacy and drug laws, and medical record requirements)
  • Accuracy and lawfulness of all content uploaded to the Service
  • Maintaining your own backups/exports of records you are legally required to retain

6. Medical and professional disclaimer

Doc with AI is an operational software tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Outputs from templates, drug/diagnosis search helpers, or AI features are assistive only and may contain errors or omissions. Licensed practitioners remain fully responsible for verifying all clinical content before acting on it.

We do not practice medicine, pharmacy, or telemedicine on your behalf. Any doctor–patient relationship exists solely between the clinic/practitioner and the patient.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe, or compromise systems
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by mandatory law
  • Upload malware, or content you do not have rights to process
  • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or clinic registration
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications outside legitimate clinic workflows
  • Resell or white-label the Service without our prior written consent

8. AI features

AI features (including the clinic AI agent, summarisation, and speech-related helpers) may generate suggestions based on data in your workspace and third-party model providers. You acknowledge that AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You must review outputs before relying on them for clinical, billing, or operational decisions.

You grant us permission to process your prompts and relevant workspace context solely to provide the AI features you invoke, subject to the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your clinical content.

9. Fees, GST, and taxes

Pricing, free tiers, and usage-based charges are as published on our website or as agreed in writing. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. For taxable supplies in India, GST will be charged as required, and invoices will reflect our GSTIN (07FRPPR2358P1ZP).

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST details for your organisation. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension after notice. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, software, branding, documentation, and related IP. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal clinic operations during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software except as expressly allowed. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

11. Customer content

You retain ownership of patient records, clinic data, templates, and other content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide and secure the Service and as otherwise directed by you.

You represent that you have all rights and lawful bases required to submit Customer Content and to permit our processing under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms. Customer Content is treated as your confidential information, subject to the Privacy Policy and lawful disclosures.

13. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties you enable (for example Google authentication, Google Meet/Calendar, messaging providers, or analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control once data is processed by them at your direction.

14. Availability and support

We aim for reasonable uptime and will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules (if any), exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent Courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
